Spellbound Style

Even if Halloween were not approaching you would be batty to miss out on some spookily elegant threads for the weekend. Idol are inspired by the Tim Burton fashion shoot in this months issue of Harper's Bazaar in anticipation of his retrospective at the New York Museum of Modern Art.

Another big theme for Halloween this year is the Jacko, Thriller 80's trash-flash style due to the recent release of the film 'This Is It', so think leather jackets, sequins, gloves, glitter and lots of attitude. So why not get some killer looks like this Idol bling detail jacket for £50 and wet look foil leggings for £18.00, pure black magic!

Idol Style Icon / Cassandra / Post 3: The Great Escape

I love to travel but my favourite places here in London are the beautiful parks - perfect for when you need somewhere to escape the stresses of the city. Idol lets me bring out my Californian hippie side and I pair this washed-out tee with skinny jeans and a headband when I want to just lie on the grass, take in the sun and take life easy.

Chain Reaction / New Handbags From Idol

The Chain-link bag has been a huge trend for a couple of seasons now but through sheer gorgeousness it is now considered a timeless classic must-have. High-end designers from Chloe, Lanvin to Marc Jacobs are crafting some of the most gorgeous chain-link bags for AW10, which Idol gives a big nod to. One of our favourites the Robert Cavalli studded Chain-link bag is a hefty £790, so why not get your Chain-link from Idol at New Look for a mere £35, it's very rock and you'll want to wear more black eye-liner!

Idol Style Icon / Cassandra / Post 2: Breakfast At Tiffany's

I hate my style to be predictable. So on a recent trip back home to California, I rocked up to breakfast with my mum in this sequin jacket - daytime sparkle is the latest thing on my fashion radar! My style is grungy-chic, but I can throw this jacket on with anything and always be sure that I'm going to stand out from the crowd.
