We're looking for sassy, style-savvy girls who rock their Idol clothes in their own individual way to be our blogger of the month - and who better to kick us off than Cassandra here? As a muso at heart, she's brought an edgy vibe to her favourite Idol pieces and we've got one serious style crush already. Check back here for more of Cassandra's posts - and send us your pics of you in Idol to idolsearch@idol-london.com to be in with a chance of being next month's style icon...

JUST A LITTLE SOMETHING I THREW ON...
I love to hang out with my favourite metal band, En Coma and this studded mini is my go-to dress when I'm heading off for a jam session with them. The super-short hemline keeps my look feminine and contrasts the rock-chick, customized vibe of the studs. I wear it when I need to throw something on, look instantly chic - but never seem like I've tried too hard!

Idol Kicks Off London Fashion Week

As the city prepared for the onslaught of the world's most stylish fashionistas, Idol kicked off proceedings for London Fashion Week with its very own launch party. On one of the busiest nights of LFW, Idol joined forces with Next Models to throw one hell of a party at Automat. With a constant stream of cocktails, the party got in full swing with guests including Sarah Harding and her newest party pal Marvin from JLS. VV Brown wowed the crowd with her acoustic set and Pixie Geldof was seen throwing shapes with Alice Dellal, whilst a svelte Daisy Lowe DJed. It was a night to remember!

Idol Splash At Shoreditch House

Idol has barely hit the New Look shop floor and already it's making waves in the fashion and high street industries. At the closing party of summer '09, London's most fashion-savvy partygoers rocked the bi-annual Shoreditch House Pooldisco HippyChic Pool Party in a celebration of Idol's launch. The drinks flowed and the DJs, Severino and Jim Stanton from Horsemeat Disco and Kris Di Angelis, went down but the one thing everybody wanted to get their hands on was one of the 250 limited edition Idol scarves.

The Press Dine Out On Idol

The country's leading fashion journalists from publications such as Elle, ES Magazine, The Guardian and Grazia gathered for champagne, cocktails and the official unveiling of the Idol collection. While guests enjoyed a sit-down dinner, Sadie Frost made a surprise appearance - wearing her favourite, new AW jacket - the must-have Idol sequin blazer! The first screening of the all-new Idol film http://idol-london.com/film.php set the scene for the forthcoming collection and as the final credits rolled, Idol received some rave reviews. And as the Shoreditch house room emptied out at the end of the night, it appeared that our guests just couldn't wait until the official launch to get their hands on some Idol... as every single Idol print sequin cushion made specially for the event had been swiped!
