As a fashion photographer, his work is centred on the punk uniform of Mohawks, studded leather jackets and plaid pants, but we love the way these pictures encapsulate the energy and emotion of the punks.

Schoenberg reflects on his work at the time: “It was totally about realness… It was also subculture-based, much more than pop culture. The 60’s, 80’s was pop culture, and with the 90’s that changed”
